The most important thing for the deck to do is mulligan correctly. You need a Plan and all three colors. Note that Wellspring + Core + land is snap-keep, even without a Plan.

Basic plan:
Architect into Treasure Mage + Spine recursion

Glissa Plan:
Glissa into Treasure Mage + Slaver recursion

Pod Plan:
Pod into Wurmcoil into Shoeldred + Wurmcoil recursion

Tezzeret Plan:
Tezzeret +1 into flood the board with Artifacts and Ultimate

Every card in the deck can be applied to any of the plans, though some are more suited to one than the other. Architect helps out with every plan, hence why he's there.
