I know you love toughness, but maybe you should get rid of things like Mountain Barracks and Gromril Armour since your units have so much damn toughness already. Having toughness +3 basically makes you invincible, but the marginal returns to that are small considering you could have brought more damage doing cards, like Gurni's Elite, for a quick cheap punch. When you sit back and rely on the heroes for damage you allow the other guy to develop. Since your deck relies on cheap units as its bread and butter, you could just forgo the huge toughness bonus for more damage so late game you are in a more comfortable position.
