Notes

Kind of a budget build of U/w control with a splash of black making it Esper Control, but without Jace 2.0 it still runs pretty decently. Beleren comes out one turn faster than 2.0 and the card draw is good in the deck with the wall of omens, spreading seas, and the belerens abilities. Adding the black adds in creature removal with disfigures and doomblades also adds in inquistion for some hand control.
