Notes

Always thought Chisei, Heart of Oceans was interesting. It's an aggressively costed flier as far as a Commander general goes, but the ability to remove counters from permanents is great for certain cards such as Cumulative Upkeep guys and cards like Decree of Silence and Dark Depths.
