Mono-Black Rat Control, built for a friend.

So a friend of mine was obsessing over the fact that there are rats, but aside from Relentless Rats, there was no really amazing Rat decks. Or at least, I haven't run across them.

So I made a side project for myself - make a decent Rat deck. And this is what came of it. What is basically comes down to is consistency and forcing discard on your opponent. Sure, this won't work against anything that feeds on the graveyard, but it certainly helps verses a lot of aggro.
