There are no cards in the sideboard.
This deck would be pretty good even without Venser.  Use Venser's Journal plus the Loremaster to rack up both your life and your card options at the same time, not to mention the Ondu Cleric also keeping your life topped up.

Freeblade, Blademaster and Raptor will do some serious damage once they're charged up and have protection from whichever colours you need protection from via the Evangel, and are good defenders too.

But Venser takes it to the next level.  Once he's down there are so many options open:
- Use him to pick up an Ally and drop it back down to re-trigger all your other ones (not one with a +1/+1 counter though, obviously)
- Pick up Spine of Ish Sah and drop that back down, thereby destroying a permanent every turn
- Heck, you can even pick up and drop Halimar Depths to re-trigger the re-order-your-top-3-cards ability.

If your Allies have got quite big, Venser can make them unblockable and win you the game in one.

If you charge him up far enough, then there's a bit of extra removal.

And with a little bit of mana ramp in here too, he can be down pretty early.
