I like it! Although I'm not too keen on Vorapede. And the Giants Growth could be another Hands of Binding, which looks super strong in this deck. Burst of Strength looks to be the premier pump spell/ combat trick for this deck, and if used aggressivley with Bred for the Hunt, it even replaces itself. And Simic Charm is a godsend in this deck, as it gives you a way to halt Abrupt Decay, which would otherwise be a giant problem for this deck.

What do you think of the Spell Rupture? Think I should switch them for Hands of Binding? I really like the idea of having a couple counterspells in there, but I'm hesitant on their effectiveness. But Zameck's abilities and he Simic Charms all cost the same 2 mana, and that's a very strong point for them.

Spell Rupture is great, so long as you have one creature in play. Be warned though, if you only have one guy with a power of 4, they can kill it to avoid paying the 4 mana and let the spell resolve unhindered. I really like the card though, so give it some testing. I could't say to keep it or lose it at this point.

On the other hand, Hands of Binding is a stellar card. If you cast it without ciphering it, its an ok - to - pretty good deal. If you get one cipher trigger off, its REALLLY good. Two or more triggers will probably mean you've won. It also provides good defense while threatening continued offense. I'd make room for more, as it seems to be the decks primary form of removal, barring Simic Charm.

And finally, you have only 22 lands in the deck, which is angling for a pretty aggressive deck. I'd try the deck out with nothing more expensive than 3. Take out Vorapede for a Hands of Binding, and Increasing Savagery for an Experiment One (this one is subjective, most of the other cards in the deck work as well.) One final issue you may run into is getting stuck on 3 land. I know it means you could cast everything in your deck, but it doesn't give you options for tricks. And playing a deck at face value without ways to mess up your opponent is like asking a bear for directions. You'll make a lot of noise, and quite possibly scare the bear off, but you're still begging to be murdered.

What do you think of Wolfir Silverheart instead of Vorapede or Increasing Savagery?

I like Wolfir Silverheart better than Vorapede, but not particularly more so than Increasing Savagery. I suppose the idea is to bond him with something with counters, but he's the least synergystic option presented. He is, as these things unfortunately go, the most powerful option too. I'd run him.
