Hands of Flame – The Chandra Nalaar Deck

Impulsive, passionate, and short-tempered, Chandra Nalaar is as ready to explode as the pyromantic spells of her ever-growing repertoire. Chandra's spark ignited when she was still quite young. As she has grown, so has her ability to wield spells of fiery destruction.

Th is deck is packed with small, aggressive creatures. Attack early and often to constantly put your opponent on the defensive. Sometimes you have to just forget about blocking and turn up the heat. As long as you have at least 1 life, you are a threat to end the duel at any moment with an X-spell like Blaze, Banefire, or Enrage.

It can be tempting to unload your awesome damage spells like Shock and Incinerate on your hapless opponent. However, remember that clearing the way by destroying opposing creatures can often lead to more effi cient damage-dealing. Spells only hit once, but your creatures can attack every turn, especially when your opponent is defenseless!

Some of your creatures, like Prodigal Pyromancer and Kamahl, Pit Fighter, can deal damage through the use of their abilities without ever attacking at all. These creatures especially stand out with a Furnace of Rath on the battlefield!
