Sideboard

This deck is about strangling your opponent in red tape.  Use Propaganda and War Tax to restrain him to one-creature attacks, and block with your walls or a leftover Vedalken Infuser.  Anything you let through accidentally, bounce them or use Mana Chains until they aren't worth the trouble.  The aim here is to deck your opponent, using Shriekhorns and Keening Stones.  Use your horns right away, but leave a charge counter on them so you may proliferate them back up with Fuel for the Cause, and use Vedalken Infuser to keep them shrieking.  Keening Stone for the win.
