I usually build a budget deck as possible as I can(Like lower than 50$ or so). Sometimes I had some mythic Rares card because I got a little luck in gaining them in the booster pack I buy. So if you see my decks cost higher than 50$, means I got my luck once and never again in another few days(Maybe months, who knows...).
