I actually prefer to browse through trade lists and see if there is anything I want unless there is a high priority card on my wishlist.

I usually ship to USA and Canada. I prefer to save money by not using bubble mailers or tracking on any trades below $30. However, I am willing to work with you.
I am just fine receiving in white envelope with top loaders and sleeves as long as the cards are protected from rain! I'm hoping you are too =]
