I just got from one of my trading partners an empty envelope that looks like the glue was never licked and sealed.  And the top right corner is cut/ripped off.  What should I do about this.  Not naming any names as I just let him know, but just in general.

I was trading a foil Deathrite with someone and I shipped the card in an envelope with a toploader and a lot of sleeves via USPS first class with a tracking number.

Around the time the package was scheduled for delivery the tracking said Out for Delivery and then "Forwarded" .  And now for two month's the package has just been going to different post offices.  It came back to mine in CA and then went back to New York.
