My trade partner on my very first Deckbox trade failed to send his cards.  (I've had two successful trades during the dispute.)  Although there was some communication after the trade was accepted, recently there has been none.  Deckbox admin also reached out and failed to get a response for the 7 days. 

Has anyone actually gone down the path of filing for mail fraud?  If so, what was the end result?  (In other words, is it worth my time?  I'm only out $40 for the cards I sent, but still...)
