* imported new Capenna Commander cards
* updated card type lines for many cards: a lot of tokens, added the "Phyrexian" subtype and changed "Hound" to "Dog" for various cards
* fixed a card category sorting issue in decks introduced by the above change big_smile

With this update, Llanowar Elves [M12] changed from card type unknown to being sorted under tokens.
