We'll update the legality information on deckbox for Modern along with Gatecrash entering standard on 1st of february.

In my opinion they should have banned Kiki Jiki, it has like 3 to four ways to win (if not more I may have mis counted) and it is one of the most underestimated decks in the format Kiki Jiki is going to have a promising presence in many top 8's this year

In my experience they only ban cards after they've had an extreme effect on a format, Jund was 35% of the Modern Meta pretty much everywhere and ALOT of other decks ran BBE, and yes Kiki is one combo but the deck has other ways to win and so banning Kiki probably wouldn't do too much
