What happens if the Elixir of Immortality is discarded/exiled ??

      It's discarded/exiled.

You don't understand. How do you win with this deck if you lose that card? You only have a fuckton of removal, counters, milling and draw but nothing that really deals damage. If you draw faster than your opponent or if your opponent also mills you you will lose without the elixir.

Or is there another way to win with this deck that I am missing?

          Jace can steal win conditions.

If you remove everything you could just attack with a couple mutavaults for a while too.
