Magic League is a new system aiming at rewarding players for participation and winning at the local events.
Duration:
There will be four Leagues in one year, each lasting for exactly three months, starting with January 1, 2016.
Thus, in 2016, there will be:
League 1: Jan 1 - Mar 31
League 2: Apr 1 - Jun 30
League 3: Jul 1 - Sep 30
league 4: Oct 1 - Dec 1
Event Eligibility and matches:
Points in the League may be gathered by participating at FNM or Constructed format events.
Eligible FNM League events are Draft or Sealed format, 2HG format is not League eligible.
Eligible Constructed events are Standard, Modern, Standard Pauper, Duel Commander, or Special format. Special Events will be a variation of the Standard format.
There will be at least three Limited FNM League eligible Events, and three Constructed League eligible events each month.
There will be at least one Standard, and one Modern event each month.
Player Eligibility:
At the start of every eligible event, players will give their consent to the event organiser for their results to be entered in the League.
Any player joining the local events will be eligible to participate in the League as long as it has at least 50 Planeswalker points.
A player may participate with his matches with a maximum of 21 matches per FNM Limited format and a maximum of 18 matches per Constructed format. Thus, a player may never have more than 33 participating matches (21 in Limited and 18 in Constructed) in the League.
As soon as a player has exhausted his maximum number of matches for the League will no longer be able to register his matches within the League. In order for the results of the matches to be registered with the League, both players must be eligible for the League.
Match results will be registered by the event organiser according to the exact event results and win/loss opponent percentages. That is, three points for a win, one point for draw and zero points for loss.
Entry Fees, prize pool and prizes:
Entry fees at eligible tournaments and distribution of prize pool are:
FNM Limited Event: 60 lei = 3 bst/event + 1 bst event prize pool + 0.5 bst League pool
or 25 lei = own bst/event + 1 bst event prize pool + 0.5 bst League pool
Constructed Event: 25 lei = 1 bst prize pool + 0.5 League pool
Fees are fixed and will be collected from participating players even if they do not participate with their matches in the League.
At the end of a League, the first four players will receive the prizes gathered from the Magic league pool, as follows:
1st: 40 % of pool
2nd: 30 % of pool
3rd: 20 % of pool
4th: 10% of pool
Example of prize distribution in a League: for an average of 4 bst/event in the ML pool, and a minimum of 5 events/month, total prize pool will consist of 60 bst, distributed as follows: 1st - 24 bst, 2nd - 18 bst, 3rd - 12 bst, 4th - 6 bst.
Penalties:
Any player found cheating either in the matches or in the results recording of the matches will be automatically removed from the current League.
First eight players registered for FNM draft events in the communities' site are requested to cancel their application for the event at least three hours before the starting hour of the event if they will be unable to join the event. Otherwise, they will receive a penalization of 2 league points/event uncanceled and unattended.
Starting from December 1st, 2015 the Player of the Year rewarding system is canceled.
Nu a fost intentionat, imi cer scuze. Nu se mai aleg culori la prerelease, dupa cum zice mai jos:

At the prerelease (September 26–27, 2015) each player will receive a special hedron-themed Prerelease pack that they can use after the event as a take-home deck box. Inside each Prerelease box, there will be six Battle for Zendikar Booster packs along with a randomized, date-stamped premium promo card, a spindown life counter and a deckbuilding advice insert.[6] Starting with this prerelease, seeded booster packs will no longer be used. [7] This prerelease is the first to use the "Vancouver" mulligan rule.
