Later edited the announcement to add:

Also some users did not consider the Variant icon for decks shown in the menu as being too useful, so it's now moved to being an option. It can be enabled by going to Edit Profile & Settings & checking it in the top right.

Hey Sebi, thanks for the changes! I already asked for this a while ago. Is there a posibility to add an Inventory Default for Foils?
I mostly collect foils and it annoys me to click on the foil button every time. This would be so cool!

Thanks!

Yep, on my list, just did not get to it yet. Soon! big_smile

Can you add back in the 'Price' column for the full card database?  The 'Min Price' isn't enough.

Ah sorry, that was not supposed to be missing.

Hello all,

Hope everyone is having a great start of the year!

The Inventory/Trade/Wishlist were getting more and more cluttered last year, and the many columns make for a confusing first experience for new users. I have trimmed down on the defaults so that the first experience is a bit cleaner.

Sadly this means that users that wish to have the former defaults present will have to re-enable them from the Columns dropdown. Have no fear, you only have to do this one time per set type, they will be remembered for the future for you.

Hopefully this has not been too much of a nuisance. Thanks for understanding!

Also some users did not consider the Variant icon for decks shown in the menu as being too useful, so it's now moved to being an option. It can be enabled by going to Edit Profile & Settings & checking it in the top right.

P.S. A couple of bugs regarding custom columns were also fixed in the process. (like the "Last Updated" column dissappearing after editing a card with the panel).

Also, Goblin Sleigh Ride is imported. (Thanks Kammikaze for the link).

Fixed.

This has been requested a few times and finally I had some time to make it happen: an importer for collections from the Decked Builder CSV format.

You can find a new tab in the "Add Cards" widget in your Inventory / Tradelist.

Otherwise, a few bug fixes were deployed, and I added to the database one missing and 2 upcoming promos for FNMs:

Happy holidays!

Yep, seems quite a few users would like to not show the tag, I will add an option and post back here.

Just to conclude this in a transparent way, I have publicly posted the dispute since it has stirred up considerable debate:

I am new to deckbox.org and my first trade I was scammed for a Flooded strand.  I opened a dispute that says the person has until December 1st to respond, but nothing has become of it. Is there any support on here? I know I am basically out the Flooded strand as there is nothing I can do to get the card or money back. Any advice?

I have answered on the dispute ticket, the user has been marked as a scammer.

Are these improvements still on the drawing table?  Have any been implemented yet?

Nope, not yet. I have come back to them a few times but the feature is non trivial and I always got side-tracked with more urgent features or changes... time is limited smile

But it is very much still on my list to do.

I have a very thin tolerance for aggressive language and behavior, since it has in the past always lead to big problems in bad trade reports. I have tried to advise you repeatedly on the dispute thread that a friendly discussion is the way to solve things, not constant accusations.

You have chosen not only to continue with them and your harrassment of your trade partner, but to also threaten me and the website.

I think it's time we part ways. I will refund the money you paid for services here and suspend your account.

If we are already on a yearly plan can we extend our subscription for a year by paying this month, or is there no way to take advantage of this?

Sure, you can always extend it. The 12 months will be added to your existing premium time.

Hello,

I replied to your support request with details. The feature is working, albeit it can be confusing when it does not know which of the cards should be marked for trade, in situations where it is not self-explanatory. (e.g. having 2 cards from multiple editions and it needs to mark 1 of them for trade, it does not know which one, and then you have to manually indicate it.).

Yep, definitely want to improve the mobile interface! Time is always scarce though and I get to things slowly sometimes. But definitely on the list.

Fix a couple of issues with client side errors in some browsers. Trade pages & chats should be fine now, right?

Possible bug: Not sure if this is related to the new site updates, but for some reason on my iPad (iPad 2, more specifically) I can't access some of the functionality of the site in desktop mode. Trade chat won't load, I can't click on the "Cards Received" button, etc. Not sure what's going on, but it worked last week and it doesn't work now for me.

Weird, I received another report of bad things in Safari but I somehow cannot reproduce them. This is in Safari, correct?

Edit: The Planeswalkers that can be commanders from Commander 2014 don't show up in the dedicated commander field. (i.e. Nahiri)

Whoops forgot about'em smile. Should be fixed now.

Happy Holidays!

For the December release, we've got some new features & surprises:

25% Premium Discount, Bitcoin support

For the entire month, the Premium Account subscription is down to $2.99 / month when purchasing the yearly plan, so waaay less than a booster pack.

As a bonus, we're now accepting Bitcoin as a payment method for premium subscriptions, for those of you who are cryptocurrency fans.

Deckbuilding features

We have added a mana curve graph and a couple of pie graphs to show the color distribution and card type distribution in decks. Let us know if you like'em.

For Premium Accounts, we have also added a variant tag, so you can now explicitly say which of your decks are Draft decks, Cubes, Commander, Singleton, or 'Tiny Leaders'. Speaking of Commander and Tiny Leaders, for these variants you can also pick a commander so you don't have to hunt for him in the listing anymore.

Another premium feature is a new listing mode necessary for Cubes, since they contain so many cards: the Compact listing. Smaller text & more columns should make for a faster and smoother experience when working with larger decks.

Check it out on my test cube deck here: https://deckbox.org/sets/1273445

Other smaller additions are a like button for decks, and an extra button to allow deck listings to be grouped by card color instead of by type, and various small fixes & tweaks.

Hope you like the changes, and you have a happy end of 2015!

Thank you for reporting this ugly security bug. It is now fixed.

I am thankful for the report, but PLEASE in the future, if you find security vulnerabilities, I would very much appreciate if they are not posted publicly on the forum. I will also see the report faster if you use the support & feedback dialog, or simply email me directly.

Thanks!

Please be aware that you are not allowed to sell and buy cards on our website without using the selling interface, and the seller having a seller account.

Your accounts (both seller and buyer) will be suspended should you go ahead with ignoring this (which is also present on your open trade page, highlighted in red.)

Hello deckbox, can purchases be made with pre-paid visa/mastercard debit cards?

Actually I am not too sure if paypal accepts them, I did not see a specific mention in their documentation. I would try them in any case.
