Awesome thanks much!  It's so helpful that this is updated in advance of pre-release weekend so users can load freshly acquired cards, build decklists, update want lists for new cards, etc.

Not crazy about the fact that it takes into account supplemental products like planeswalker decks, etc.  I find it a little misleading since I have collected every set since M15 but this tool shows I am short cards for each set due to inclusion of the supplemental products.  That being said, should those supplemental products really be considered part of the set?  I can see reasons for including/excluding on both sides of the fence.  I wish wizards would have just kept them completely separate.  I mean, they should know  they are messing with OCD Magic collectors ability to track their collection as they wish.  C'mon Man!

Like what I see so far but curious if we will be able to view what decks a particular printing is in from the card view page?  It's great seeing what print editions are in a decklist from decklist view.  However, I find myself often needing to pinpoint location of a particular card so I pull up the particular card view page, scroll down to bottom left corner where it shows me what decks the card is in and then whether they are built or not.  Once I see what built decks the card is in, I have to currently physically go look at the cards in the deck to see what printings each deck has.  If it could be automated and show up on card view page...that would be fantastic!  Regardless, the new feature in current state would save time because at least I could look at decklist views to see what edition is in each built deck, but if you could tie it back to the card view page, well then that would be the cat's meow and save a few additional clicks.

foil+promo (deprecated) whatever that means....

Before the promos had their own sets on Deckbox, all we had was the "promo" flag for indicating what they were. Once they added actual promo sets to the database, they kept that promo flag around so that people's existing inventory wouldn't get screwed up. "Deprecated" just means that you can still use it, but it is an obsolete feature.

Thank you very much for that explanation! I had been wondering about that for awhile...

Just a note on the Dominaria non-rare/mythic Legendary creature cards:  Like the rares and mythics in the set, the uncommon Legendary creatures should also have a "Prerelease Events: Dominaria" edition, as the Prerelease kits also contained date-stamped foil versions of those cards, keeping in line with Dominaria's "Legendary" theme.

I noticed that too, so they should be part of the "dominaria prerelease" edition.
Let's hope they notice and add them, in the meantime I marked mine as "foil+promo(deprecated)"

I was just going to post about this as well!  Was trying to load my pre-release foil slimefoot and it says no other printings but the one.  I also loaded as foil+promo (deprecated) whatever that means....

I just wanted to add that I realized that 90% of this functionality already exists in DeckBox. When you go into a specific card in your collection, you can add flags like "Altered", "Misprint", etc. So I would imagine that extending that to allow for a fixed number of user-defined flags would not be a big deal at all (it probably wouldn't even have to change the DB schema).

I'd even be OK if we couldn't name those flags ourselves to start with! Just UserFlag1, UserFlag2,... UserFlag16. Seriously, that would solve 99% of the problem.

In the meanwhile, I've started marking the cards I keep in albums (as opposed in boxes) as "Missprint". That way at least I can find them quickly. I might start taking over some of the other flags to indicate if they're in a cube.

I really like this idea and seems simple enough.  The existing framework is already in place.  Just need to add ability to create custom field.  I would love to see this feature added as well!!!

Sebi- Could you chime in on what it would take to do this?  How realistic would it be to implement?
