Is this still a thing that is likely to be added in the near future?

I think tags are a great addition to deck building, but if we could get data on those tags it would be even better. Seeing how much removal or how many creatures with etb effects are in a deck is vital to building commander decks. It's currently quite clunky since you have to sort your cards to see how many cards are tagged with a certain tag.

I would also like simple way to export missing cards or cards that I have too few copies of in my inventory from a decklist to text. Typing each and every card I need to buy into cardmarket's search field is an awful way to buy cards that I can see I'm missing. You have the data, let me use it! I don't like the wishlist for this, since it contains all wanted cards. I want to be able to export to text only the cards I need for a certain deck.

Thank you for a great site!

I came here to see if anyone had requested tags before and I see that it's being discussed.

I think tags would be a great addition to Deckbox, not only to tag cards with a physical location to keep track of them.

Tagging cards in my commander decks as "removal", "sweeper" or "mana rock" and be able to sort by them and get a count of how many of a certain tag there is would be enormously helpful when building new decks and optimizing older ones. For example: building a deck around Panharmonicon requires lots of etb-effects from creatures and artifacts (or effects that trigger from creatures and / or artifact entering the battlefield) and being able to tag cards as such for my personal use would just be great. Then getting the number of mana-producing lands vs utility lands, tutors, sweepers and mana rocks would make deck building so much easier.
