Is there any update to tagging functionality? It's been out for a number of months, but there are still a number of places for improvement, if we want to get this more widely used (and get more value of it)
- We still need to have a way to organize (or at least be able to reorder) the tags
- I'd really like to see tags stay on cards after a trade is started (tagging is used by many people for location in collection, so removing it when a trade starts, removes the ability to find the tagged card). I'd like to see the system have the tag remove when it changes ownership and is marked as received.
- when applying tags in bulk the system unselects all after applying a tag. It would be helpful if we could either apply multiple tags or that the selection was not cleared.
Does anyone else have tag improvements they'd like to see?

Results are unique cards (card name, edition, condition, and any other factors - like signed, misprint, etc), but you might have multiple copies of that printing.
So, for instance you have 3 CMD Commander Sphere - this is 3 Inventory but 1 result. Hopefully that helps.

Then everything is selectable like it should be.
I reported this a while ago. A reasonable fix would be to show tradeable items above non-tradeable and potentially putting non-tradeable as a different color. I imagine a bunch of trades don't happen because people don't know how to fix which ver. of the card is in the trade from the selection block.

Great idea! Honestly the platform would benefit from a bunch of symbols so you could tell at a glance if something is Oversized, Extended, Alt/Promo Art, etc.

Wizards really should just make another set number for these. It would help with verification. In the meantime I think the only option you have is to use a tag. Maybe someday we could have publicly viewable tags so it would show up in trade lists and trades.

I think this is how most software vendors handle it - so something like "Misprint: Miscut" or "Deck: Ramp". Or the ability to mark tags as either deck-based or card-based.
I feel this is similar to how Google does it in Gmail when it comes to tags. The nice thing is you can search your tags at any level.
I plan to use these tags mostly for storage locations. So you could imagine "set binders:binder 1" in this way I could search for either all cards in set binders or just those in binder 1. Great idea!

You had discussed some updates to tags in the pipeline. Any timeline of when those will hit? I've leaned into tagging but my list is getting long and is completely unorganizeable. At least being able to reorder, sort or preferably folder would be awesome. There was a number of other improvements mentioned, and just wondering on when we might see those.

Quick little point of reference. Dude sent me a list that would be $197 (no Salvat Vigor avail) US optimized on TCG (plus sales tax) vs. approx. $166 (for comp. I also removed Vigor) + approx $6 (insured/tracked) shipping from me when I get back to the US - so save about $30 or a little less than 20%

I'm about to take one of my regular trips to NL on Sunday.
If you've ever wanted to take advantage of EU prices from www.cardmarket.com I'm happy to provide some arbitrage service for you.
Here's how I see it would work:
- Find the cards you wanted to pick up on card market and send me a list (inc. set, condition, and any other factors)
- I'll put the orders together and get a total in Euro for the order and cheapest combined shipping for each person who participates
- You pay me via Paypal (I can convert the price to USD if that's better for you), and I'll pay locally in Euro
- Orders will get shipped to my NL office and I'll hand carry them back stateside
- We'll open a small trade, and I'll add your EU cards to the package
- If there's no trade possible, I ask you toss me a few bucks to cover the packaging and US shipping
- If you feel like throwing me a little bit of favor in our trade it would be appreciated but not required - I'm just looking to help more people take advantage of some of the
