I'm learning. Updated shipping policy to make buying one cheap card more realistic.
I am open to discussing shipping rates inside the U.S. However I will have to insist on the $1.93 shipping rate for any order I'm not comfortable shipping without tracking due to its total value.

For anyone with a Deckbox or Magic Online Trading League (MOTL) account I have the following for sale:
SALES NOTES:
1. You must have a confirmed shipping address on file with Paypal . Paypal FAQ can explain how to confirm your address by linking a card or bank account tied to the same address. Payments from unconfirmed addresses will be refunded.
2. I only sell within the U.S. No Canada or international.
3. For orders at $5 and under before shipping I will immediately refund $1.27 (off my standard $1.93 shipping rate) so you are not overpaying on untracked shipping.
For orders above $5 before shipping , I charge $1.93 for shipping unless so many cards are ordered that the total weight of the package bumps up the shipping rate.
4. I only accept Paypal "commercial payments." Please do not send " personal gift payments." I have no problem paying the 4% fee.
5. If contacting me through MOTL you must have a valid e-mail on your MOTL profile.
6. For reference, I'm using the visual condition guide at Star City Games to evaluate the condition of my cards: http://www.starcitygames.com/pages/cardconditions
