Of the options above, I'd probably go with a UW spirits deck with a control aspect, because it is the best aggro(ish) deck in the colors. Cycling is better in esper or dimir, so you could do that if you want. You could try to build just a generic flyer deck if you can find enough cheap flyers

I am working on building an izzet blitz deck with the release of amonkhet's soul-scar mage. Any suggestions would help; here is the deck so far:

This deck is meant to be a fairly fast aggro deck, although there are some controlling aspects of it to close out long games, in Nibilis of Frost and Fevered Visions. An ideal hand would contain a one or two drop creature, and a couple of boost spells and card draw.
