What are scans? I'm not going to photo copy them. Would a scan be beneficial to site any potential flaws our lack thereof?

High quality pictures that show details. Not cellphone pics.

I'm not interested, but you're going to need to post scans. No one is going to be interested in cards worth over $100 without scans.

I just bought the future sight one a couple days ago because I hate the FTV one I have in my cube =/

If anyone would be interested in this trade, let me know.

I've got one. I'm not hugely interested in selling it for cash, but would trade for a GTC Stomping Ground, Sacred Foundry or Breeding Pool if you come across one.

I've got an extra Steam Vents I'm looking to 1:1 for any of the Gatecrash Shocks.

1) Do people trade physical cards for tix or digital cards on here? and 2) how much less are digital cards worth than their paper counterparts?

Yes, but usually it's not like 1 Snapcaster for 1 Snapcaster. Usually you'll end up getting Tickets equivalent to the paper card trade value. Say, someone might give you ~20 tickets for your paper Snapcaster. Snapcasters are ~6 tickets on bots, great for you. This works the other way also though, there are plenty of cards that are more expensive online than paper.

Also, once I have a deck built on MTGO is there a way to play casual games for free or does everything cost money (I'm broke)? And I've heard some seasoned MTGO players will give common and uncommon cards away for free to help newer players...anyone care to donate some junk cards to a new player?

Yes. There is a casual room where you can just play matches based on the format of your deck. There is also a tournament practice room. These matches are free, but offer different experiences. If you bring a netdeck to the casual room, or even a deck that looks competitive, people won't finish matches with you. And on the other hand, if you bring a casual deck to the tournament practice, people won't play with you either.

There are bots you can find that will give you like ~60 commons of your choice. Just look up freebot or something similar in the trade area. Also, you should have some event tickets, and if you can get more (through trading or buying), getting commons is very easy. Most commons are .01-.1 tickets. So you could easily get 10-100 commons for $1 (1 ticket).

I would be interested in the 15 Plains #231 (and possibly others), but Zen lands have come down in price.

You can get them for ~53 cents on TCGPlayer

I've got one sealed FTV:Realms. All cards and die included.

These are going for about $60 on eBay. I'm looking for about $70 in trade total.

Looking for a Maze of Ith from the Dark (in decent condition ~$30) + $40 in Zendikar Full Arts or Unhinged Basic Land.

I value the Zendikars at 75 cents each and Unhinged at $4 each.

Prices are based on TCGPlayer Low for Light Play.

I posted this a while back while doing some big trades, but I'm down to a few high dollar cards I still need for my cube.

I currently have 2x Revised Savannah and 2x Revised Bayou.

The ones that I still have are the better condition of each set. They are all near NM if not NM.

I need 1x Tundra, 1x Plateau, 1x Polluted Delta and 1x Windswept Heath, along with various other cards in my Wishlist.

Have 1 Cavern of Souls.

Looking for 1 Steam Vents + the other ~$10 in value from my Wishlist.

It's your reputation, do what you want with it.

I have Drain Lifes and a bunch of Swamps that I would consider trading for some shock lands.

I do not have an inexpensive cube, but I have a cube if you want to take a look here: http://deckbox.org/sets/222745 to get an idea.

Cubedrafting.com has a pretty good explanation as to what cube is, and what you should be doing with a cube.

Yes multicolor cards are used, but in general, there are not nearly as many as mono colored. My cube uses 50 of each mono color and a total of 80 multicolor. Some people like more, some less.

This is a great budget cube list from Tappedout. http://tappedout.net/mtg-cube-drafts/to … dget-cube/

If you're doing something like a 450 card cube (the size of mine) you're looking at around 50 of each color (250), 80 multicolor, 60 land, 60 artifact/colorless. Some people do smaller cubes at around 360, some larger up to 720. It depends on how many people you will have playing on average (I usually have four), and if you want to use your entire cube each draft or not (I like more variance).

Sebi, it is totally possible to play a 2 person draft, but it would be pretty terrible.

I pulled a Detention Sphere, Rakdos and Rakdo's Return.

Looking for 1 each of the RTR Shocklands minus Hallowed Fountain.

Other stuff in tradelist / inventory also if people want to look.

3-1'd my pre-release with forced Rakdos. Lost to Rakdos mirror.

Pulled two Azorious Guildgates, Detention Sphere, two Azorious Guildmages and Archeon but wasn't about to play Azorious. Too slow.

Every match was over in under 10 minutes via Rakdos.

I've got the following full art lands from Zendikar and would like to trade them for the art that are not listed 1:1 Plains:Plains etc...

Conditions are mostly NM with ~20% being EX/Fine.

20+ at a time would be great, but not necessarily required.

Plains
7x 230 (John Avon)
8x 232 (Veronique Meignaud)

Island
7x 235 (Jung Park)
7x 237 (Vincent Proce)

Swamp
9x 238 (John Avon)
8x 240 (Veronique Meignaud)

Mountain
11x 242 (John Avon)
5x 245 (Vincent Proce)

Forest
5x 246 (John Avon)
10x 247 (Jung Park)

RESPOND to trade offers with SOMETHING instead of just canceling them, if you don't say SOMETHING how do we know what to change or tweak?

I know I'm guilty of doing this for trades I send out if someone doesn't reply within two days or so. I like to keep my current trades clutter free and if someone doesn't reply within 48 hours, I don't want to wait around. I see some people have 20+ active trades. I think I have one right now and I'm just waiting on cards that should be here Thursday.

In the same vein, don't offer the same cards in six different trades.

Wow. People do this? I've been super anal about removing cards from my Wishlist and Tradelist after addressed have been exchanged.

We've got a bunch of stuff in our mutual lists.

High wants would be Clique and maybe Port.

Did you ever figure out if you have Zendikar Full Arts?

I'm not really interested in mountains, but could take up to 9 Plains (especially #231), 2 Islands, 7 Swamps and 14 Forests. 12 of those for 12 Urzas Lands.

Assumedly. I would have to check when I get home.

I could easily trade a playset of each from Chronicles.

You don't have a ton on your tradelist I'm interested in, but if you have Zendikar Full Arts I might be interested at 1:1.

Because the gold bordered cards are incredibly cheap and easy to get.

For example, I was looking up cards like Windswept Heath and Flooded Strand on eBay last night, there was a wold championship deck that contained multiple copies of both. The gold bordered sell for about $8 on eBay for people who are probably using them in their cube. The original boxed set would have sold for ~$15 when it was released, containing what is now, hundreds of dollars worth of cards.

They don't want to make decks full of rares be competition legal because they were a much easier way to obtain huge amounts of copies of expensive cards.

Finished a ton of trades this week. Well over $500 worth. Still have 3x Savannah and 3x Bayou remaining.
