Three tokens from Commander 2020 seem to be wrong:
Angel // Elemental -- The elemental side shows C20 T003 (colourless? 4/4 with flying), but should be C20 T010 (red 3/1).
Elemental // Kraken -- Again, the elemental side shows C20 T003 (colourless? 4/4 with flying), but should be C20 T010 (red 3/1).
Spirit // Insect -- The insect side shows C20 T018 (blue/red 1/1 with flying and haste), but should be C20 T013 (green 1/1 with flying and deathtouch).
The wrongly-shown faces on all of these cards definitely appear elsewhere in C20, but I'm not sure whether the incorrect dual-sided combinations legitimately exist somewhere. It seems like Deckbox might just need scans of C20 T010 (Elemental) and C20 T013 (Insect) to replace the incorrect images.
