I would like to mention that the Karplusan Forest has a lot of lacking meny printings. I am also finding a problem selecting non foil lands from Modern Horizon 2. It seems you only have the chance to add Etched Foiled lands (haven't understood what actually means - they might be collector booster stuff) and foil lands from bundle box (and i can also add foiling in notes). I am assuming that something is missing, I was able to find foil lands in set/draft booster and bundle box either: but I do have many non foil lands from MH2.
