Hi,

I was wondering why the double-sided tokens of e.g. older commander sets (Commander 2014, 2015, 2016 etc.) are also listed as single-sided cards when they only exist as double-sided? Are they so we can count the total number of [name] tokens we have in any version? E.g. in Commander 2014 there is a Goat // Goblin token which shows a "1" for me although I got plenty of goats and goblins - just this one in that specific combination?

They were actually added without me knowing / realizing that they don't exist as single sides. (Wizards is now a bit better of clearly stating what is being printed, but still not exhaustive, and used to be worse, so when importing I rely on other sites - mtg wiki, scryfall, tcgplayer, cardmarket etc for this information).

I did not subsequently remove them because I saw people added them to their collections and was not sure what to do about them... removing them forcefully from collections seems wrong & confusing.

Indeed, I also find it somewhat confusing to have a huge source of card data like scryfall only list the principal face versions of the tokens, even if they are only printed as double-sided items.
Alright, then I shall also add them to my deck so it shows me a "full set" on the editions page. smile

Missing:

Just realized, but I think all of the Arena 'online only' cards are missing from the database.

Why would they be added here? They have no "value" and can't be "traded".

CardMarket has an API, I never used that but it exists so I guess one could query for data.

True, there are a lot of cards that are high end, low quantity transactions, or which aren't "publicly" traded but in private groups.

Given the extremely low frequency of transactions (only 2 on TCGP in the last 3 months) and the fact that other marketplace sites don't separate BB Chronicles from WB Chronicles*, I doubt there's any meaningful way to extrapolate enough data points for any sort of accurate pricing.

Well, include other places like eBay and cardmarket, they latter list many offers and have a "price history" plotted for sold listings.

Speaking of card prices, do you have any idea about Japanese (Black border) Chronicles? They are a) a lot harder to find, b) usually hold quite some premium compared to the regular (English) Chronicles (some around 10x as much, or more).

Cheers for the efforts smile

Hi all,
I first wanted to reply at "Missing cards" but there are some cards listed that actually do not exist:
All those MH2 pre-release cards after #261 (Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth) are reprints and show the "old edition" as watermark (cards #263 - #303). The come from a different print sheet and were not "date-stamped" and added to the pre-release packs.
I don't know why sites like scryfall and tcgplayer have them, but they are not. I'd like to have them, but well ... I can paint the 20-21 on them myself. lol

(Especially for that ridiculous $210 123.53 Cursed Totem promo. Damn, I'd be rich beyond measure cool)

Cheers

In a quick board search I only found two mentions of "Rivals: Quick Start" as a failed import from some deck list.

Could you please add the "Rivals: Quick Start" set? It's not the same as "Introductory Two-Player Set" as it has a 1995 copyright line, so easier to confuse with Fourth Edition. The decks are listed in http://www.magiclibrarities.net/1199-ra … index.html

Best regards
