Checkpoint da playmat (UP - Joraga Auxiliary art) la fiecare 2 booster boxes cumparate. Eu imi cumpar 1 de SOI. Daca vrea cineva, poate sa-si ia o cutie si sa "punem la comun" comanda sa primeasca playmat-ul.

Cartile daca fortezi format A4 la print ies cate 9 pe coala. Snug fit. As zice ca sunt cu ~1mm (poate max 2?) mai mici ca o carte reala (am pus una peste pt comparatie), in fc de cum tai marginile. Imi pare ok (inca nu m-am apucat de decupat, asa ca nu bag mana in foc)

Am fost invitat recent sa ajut cu organizarea de magic event stuff pentru Happy Color din Iulius. Pare-se, sunt destui oameni care intreaba de magic acolo dar n-are cine sa le arate asa ca tipu' vrea sa adauge Magic pe lista de jocuri jucate.
Think REALLY casual, kitchen-table magic, probabil fara prize pools si aproape sigur fara money-based power creep (vedem cum impiedicam asta. Pauper and pauper-like comes to mind). Just another place where you can learn to play and that can host people wanting to casual play. Si daca oamenii vor glorie si competitie, merg la Checkpoint la evenimentele deja create de GameFlux, no worries.
La chestia asta se preteaza foarte bine setul ala de pachete gata facute care raman in magazin (nascute din cutia milei), cu care sa se poata juca lumea fara o investitie initiala, cum te poti juca si alte board games la locatie fara sa ai jocul. Borrow it, play it, put it back.
Daca aveti idei, sugestii si/sau vreti sa va implicati, you're very much welcome to do so
Din nou, nu se vrea infiintarea unui al doilea centru de magic care sa hosteze all the big events. Scopul e pur casual, care sa permita publicului de mall sa incerce magic. Incl. copii cu alocatia de 42 ron (sau cat o fi acum) care nu si-ar permite sa dea 30 ron minim doar sa participe intr-un event. Incl. oameni care nu-s interesati sa 'cumpere' magic, doar sa-l joace uneori venind acolo. Etc. etc.
Note: Ofc, din idei se pot aplica si la Checkpoint fara nici o problema, pt o deschidere mai mare la public. Dar as prefera in thread-ul asta sa fie pentru Happy Color, ca sa tinem lucrurile organizate. Se poate face un sister-thread pt Checkpoint planning, eventual.

Sugestie: ce-ar fi sa ne strangem intr-o zi inainte de donatie sa facem vreo 2 serii de pachete pt game shops (Checkpoint & Happy Color)? Raspunsul la cv gen "I want to try out magic, but more than just with the 30 card decks." sau "Gee, I want to play some casual magic and test different colors out. Without having to waste 5 starter decks." . Cred ca raman destule carti si dupa vreo 15-30 de pachete kitchen table style.

Lumea ajunge mai usor sa afle de cartea aia foil ultra-hiper-super-duper speciala. Apar oameni interesati. Mai sunt 6 zile de licitatii si deja e la $2275.

Assuming defaults is dangerous. I'll try with both, dar cred ca raman cu sleight. Nu depinde de o alta carte si in contextul combo-ului nu ma doare ca nu e instant speed.
