I have a mint foil Tarmogoyf straight from pack to double sleeve.  I am looking to trade down to build out my cube.  Looking to get some extra value for trading down

Hello.  I am a relatively new trader here, but have managed to get a few good trades under my belt in the last few months.  I just had my first bad experience where I received a card that was in much worse shape than the NM it was described as.  I'm not a professional grader, but I would think of it as damaged: http://imgur.com/VMe5A1y,lIoNSaf

What is my course of action here?  I feel like I probably lost a couple dollars of value in the trade because of the misrepresentation of the card's condition.

Thanks.

I haven't been able to find any guidelines on the timelines for when a bad trade report would be appropriate.  What should I do in my situation?

I am new so I sent cards first with tracking.  The cards arrived on March 3rd and the person I am trading with had not marked them as received and has not sent his cards. He has not responded at all to my inquires.  Is this normal?  Should I give him a few more days?

Trying to finish up the deck I am working on.  I'm willing to consider any trade.  Thanks!

4. The ability to see how much of each set you own.  For those that want to collect entire sets it would be very helpful to see which cards from a particular set you are missing.

3. Show current value of cards as they are added.  When adding individual cards it would be nice to see the value as I am entering them.  Currently, if I want to see what the cards are worth from the packs I just bought I have to add them and then go searching through my library.  Another way to accomplish this would be to sort inventory by the date added.  Then I could sort to show the most recent additions to my collections first and view the value that way.

I have been loving DeckBox since joining a few weeks ago and I have a few suggestions that may make it even better.

1. Show a graph of the price of each card over time on the card details page.  It currently shows the current prices and from TCGPlayer which is nice, but I would also be interested in seeing the change over time.  There are a lot other sites that have this type of thing so it is probably relatively simple with the TCG API.

2. Value of a collection over time.  Since DeckBox is great for managing entire collections it would be really cool to see how the value of my collection is changing.  This may be a little complicated since it would require a lot of resources to generate the graph on the fly or to store values for each collection on a periodic basis.  Might be more trouble than it is worth, but I think it would be pretty cool.

I find that searching for local trade opportunities is not very helpful at all.  I live in a relatively small city that has many other small cities in very close proximity, but I can only search within my city.  I can edit my profile and set my location to another city, but that is very tedious especially since there are easily 20-30 cities within an hour drive I would be willing to do local trades in.

I think the best option would be to have users set their zip code in their profile and then when searching you would be able to select a desired radius in miles/km to search from your zip.

Another option that may be easier to implement would be to have a multi-select dropdown list of all the available cities in the search page instead of just the user's current city.

Thanks for the great site!
