Some of you may be aware of iMtG, which is a mtg toolbox app on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. With the newest version 3.2 I added a test integration with deckbox.org based on CSV. You should be able to enter Gathering in iMtG, then go to Announcements where I started deckbox.org thread with more info. Basically, you try to export your stuff from here (Inventory/Tradelist/Wishlist -> View -> Export) and iMtG should load it as Magic Binder. Magic Binders can be then emailed out of iMtG as CSV files.

The ideal way to do it would be to have a url along the lines of
http://deckbox.org/users/Ghrom/collection.xml
and
http://deckbox.org/users/Ghrom/decks.xml
which point to files containing appropriate data. CSV and JSON are also an option, obviously. The other way round I'm not sure, it's up to you as any upload to your site affects the security.
