Hey, I could be in for this too. Any of those times work for me in general, but on further thought I can guarantee being free sunday evenings whereas I often stay at work late during the week.

I like Mtggoldfish.com for looking at price trends, knowing whether to buy/sell or wait. They are mostly based around online prices but have aggregate the big paper sites (Tcgplayer etc..) if you switch the viewer.
The neat little hidden gem about that site is the "deal finder" on the top bar under shop. It combs ebay and finds all of the "undervalued" auctions and sorts by format: Legacy/standard etc... should you just wanna get a good deal on stuff.
