Topic: Banned Card List? (2 replies, posted in General Discussion)
Hello all, I'm new to deckbox but not new to MTG. I have been playing since the 90's but have an overall question. I would sometimes see people mention "this card has been banned" and I have always played in a casual setting and maybe a handful of tournaments. So is there an official "banned" list put out by Wizards of the Coast or is it usually just a general conciseness thing that these XYZ cards are over powered and are banned from our tournament?
