Are the DCI promo editions of planes missing, or are they technically considered original Planechase copies (e.g. Horizon Boughs)?

I'm not sure what's been added from new "List" cards, but Mechanized Production is definitely missing. A comprehensive list of additions can be found here.
In addition, it looks like some or all of the Brothers' War promo cards are missing. Specifically, I'm attempting to add the prerelease foil versions of Loran of the Third Path and Phyrexian Dragon Engine.

I just got the Dan Frazier talisman secret lairs. The bonus card from both allied and enemy is Fellwar Stone. I don't see it here yet.

Hi all. My MSCHF Secret Lair came today, and I can't find a way to enter the "peelable" bonus card. I don't see it listed under Plains, Battlefield Forge, or any combination thereof. To be fair, it's not listed in Scryfall either (at least, not in such a way that I can find it). Are there plans to add this card? Is it already in the system?

The Marsh Flats promo from the MH2 Prerelease packs is missing (the one with the 20/21 gold stamp). I haven't checked, but I assume none of these have been added yet.

The Saviors of Kamigawa legendary creature/enchantment flip cards (Erayo, Homura, Kuon, Rune-Tail and Sasaya) are considered enchantments when added to decks. They enter the battlefield as creatures and they can be commanders (except Erayo, who's banned), so they should probably be considered creatures for the purpose of deck-making.
