Are you only interested in the pack foil of Progenitus? I have the FTV version if interested?
Depends on the condition. Probably about $25ish? Doesn't have to be a Tundra either. Trop Island, Bayou, and Savannah are probably closer in value if that makes the trade easier.

As far as I can tell, yes, the shipping charges would be absurd.
I have a Pauper Cube that I'd like to sell. The full list is here. It is the same cube as this.
This thing is a ton of fun to play, but my playgroup has slowly withered away so it's time to move this thing out.
I'm only missing the following cards from that list:
Beetleform Mage
False Defeat
Grisly Salvage
Looter il-Kor
Momentary Blink
Runner's Bane
Unmake
The "Approximate deck value" shows $182.39, but that's grossly over-inflated by False Defeat (which I don't even have) @ $55. So it's actually closer to $125. I'm not trying to get $125 for this - just using this as a reference point.
There are a handful of foils and promos in here (probably around 20 or so without checking). It is fully sleeved with ultra-pro black sleeves. I have 50 of each land sleeved (just standard basics, nothing special). The sleeves themselves probably ran me ~$50+.
I can include the lands, the sleeves, or neither - that's up to whatever the buyer would like.

FWIW, I'm one of the people trying to "value-fuck" him...
I added ~$87 worth of TCG-mid cards and offered what was essentially post-fee ebay prices to start off (totaling $48) and detailed the price of each card so we could work on specific cards or valuations if need be.
He basically said "are you kidding? $70 for the lot" and, after I explained my prices for each and referenced recently ended auctions and associated fees, he told me to pound sand and cancelled.
You left no room for negotation or general discussion. I could have been convinced to come up on some of the prices, cover shipping, or any number of things. You're not going to get TCG-mid value when you're selling cards, especially standard.
I wasn't out to screw you over. But, I'm not going to purchase cards for more than I can get them elsewhere. The sweet spot is finding an in-between of what the purchase price is and what the net sell price is on ebay. That way it's a win-win.
I have a pauper cube that I plan on dismantling. I probably have almost everything. Let me compare my haves to your wants in a spreadsheet or something and I'll get back to you (this evening hopefully).
