So, I'm new to duals, I just picked up my second one UL Bayou. Got it for $90 in standard junk at a PTQ the other day. Just want some advice on condition and value. And I think it is slightly miscut? Not sure if it really is, or if it's enough to increase value.

It's not enough to be considered miscut. Honestly, it looks like it's worth exactly what you paid for it. I would consider that MP condition. It's odd that the front is so clean when the back is so worn.

miscut implies that another card on the sheet is visible. people often mistake miscut for off center, which are different things. Miscuts can be worth something, depending on how much of the other card is showing.

Off center cards have no collectible value.
