Dude I'm not argueing, but if you look at the TCG low as my original post states it is 11.50. I will not respond again.

Joecat what WordOfCommander is saying is that you have to look at the actual condition, sure 11.50 is the TCG low but what is being sold at that price is a damaged one, if you adjust the filters the lowest NM is 13
