I built a Sliver deck about 3 months ago...first off WOOOOOOOOOOO SLIVER BUDDY, don't let anyone hate on you for it, play it with pride...and then murder them :D

Second, I found no one willing to trade on those except for the queen and that involved a verdant catacombs, I bought a sliver premium deck ages ago and used that for my base so I had the overlord and many great slivers, lastly, and this may hurt the wallet, I bought a foil sliver legion and foil Toxin sliver.

I think I still have the foil sliver premium deck overlord, I have a few other of the good ones too like magma sliver, shimmering sliver, necrotic sliver and crystalline sliver...let me know if you need any
