Hi all,
I have a quick question about Card Kingdom's buylist habits. I sold them cards last week, and they were delivered yesterday at ~10:30 AM and I still haven't gotten any updates that the cards were received. I wasn't sure if they updated the status from "PENDING- SHIPMENT EN ROUTE" to received and waiting for grading ect. Naturally I am a little anxious since it was a large order for me (~$400), and only the second time ever buy listing anywhere. I've often heard they had "great customer service" but when I called about a minor mistake (~$1) on the order, the phone rang and rang, left a message and they never returned my call. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

For anybody who would like an answer, I finally got through to a representative and here is the low down:

They do not have graded updates for like "received- waiting for grading"

I was told that they won't open the package until somebody is ready to grade them which can take anywhere from 2 days to 1 week, but they typically post the credit/money ASAP, usually around 10 PM PST. I was thinking of using the store credit for some higher end cards, but they only had EX condition cards, and I was happy to find out that in the comments section of an order you can request a image. Finally, the rep acknowledged that the site instructions for sellers was not as detailed as possible but that they are working on a new site with more information. I hope this helps!
