Right now the Top Cards page is pretty broken, in that it lists the same cards over and over and over again.

Can you be more specific? (i.e. what you mean by over and over)

I mean that the same card is listed dozens of times in a row. Based upon you asking, does that mean that you are not seeing the issue? It's pretty obvious by just looking at the page.

And, actually, now there are just no cards listed at all, so something interesting is a foot.

This is what I see (and saw earlier), I just didn't get a chance to post about it earlier.

Fixed now.
