- First time to play with the new cards;

- We each build a deck of 40 cards (of which 15-18 lands) and battle each other in a SWISS tournament structure (like Fridays);

We will have 4 Pre-Release events!
1. Friday 12 January at 23:59 - The famous Midnight Pre-release
2. Saturday 13 January at 12:00
3. Saturday 13 January at 17:00
4. Sunday 14 January at 17:00.

Participation fee:
1 event: 120 RON (Normal price)
2 events: 220 RON (20 Ron Discount)
3 events: 320 RON (40 Ron Discount)
4 events: 400 RON (80 Ron Discount)
*Fees and discounts are subject to change, until 2 weeks before the event.


PLAYERS WHO PRE-REGISTER (and pay) WILL RECEIVE PRIORITY
Pre-Registering can be done by announcing which events you wish to attend at. You may do this by: Verbal announcement at MTG events, Deckbox Forum reply on this post or informing Herman in any other way.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 16 players per event!

> RELEASE EVENTS

- From Friday 19 January, RIVALS OF IXALAN is officially for sale and legal to be played in constructed formats.
- On the Release, we will play a Booster Draft.

- Boosters as prizes! Win a match, win a booster!

We will have 2 Release events!
1. Friday 19 January: 19:00
2. Saturday 20 January: 17:30*
* Second Release draft only takes place if enough players register for the event.
Participation fee: 60 RON, or 110 RON for two events!

> STORE SCHAMPIONSHIP

(ex. Game Day)
Once everybody got used to the new cards and owns a couple, its time to put them to practice. To celebrate there will be a Store Championship event, where you can play Standard with the new cards in your deck! Also for participating you receive awesome promo cards.
- Boosters as prizes! Win a match, win a booster!
- The Winner of the Store Championship event gets to show off his or her skills forever with a special Playmat!

We will have 1 Store Championship event!
- Saturday 7 April: 17:00
- Participation fee: 30 RON
- We play 3 or 4 SWISS rounds, if two players are tied for first place after these rounds, we play a top 4.

> RIVALS OF IXALAN LEAGUE

When: any day from Friday 26 January until Friday 9 March
Where: At Le&Le Games
Fee: FREE
Prizes: Surprise

During 6 weeks, you can play as many league matches as you like. Gather up victories on your league scoring card. After 6 weeks the final standings are reported. You receive planeswalker points per match win and maybe some prizes!

Your Cardpool
- Make sure you have 1 IXALAN and 2 RIVALS OF IXALAN Booster packs (save them from your Pre-Release winnings!)
- Sign up for the League at Tuesday, Friday or Saturday MTG events
- You receive a League Match card, on which you can register your match results
- You receive a League deck box
- Each week on Friday you may add 1 booster to your cardpool
- After 3 losses, you may add 1 booster to your card pool (Max. one per week)
- Adding boosters to your card pool you do in this order: RIX > RIX > XLN > RIX > RIX > XLN > ect.
- If you start the League later, you may add one booster per missed week.

Your Deck
- Build a deck of minimum 30 cards, from the cards in your cardpool
- Add as many basic lands as you need (12/13 is recommended)
- You may modify your deck between games

Play Matches
- Whenever you want, you can find a League participant and play a match
- A match consists of 1 game, but you may decide together to play best 2 out of 3.
- Each player may take ONE free mulligan per MATCH
- Write the opponent’s name on your League Match card, before you start the game.
- Report your win (W) or loss (L) on your League Match card.
- You may play the same opponent multiple times, but ONLY if you played 2 different opponents in between.
- You can not play more matches than you have lines on your League Match card.





Basic Rules that apply to Pre-Release, Release and GameDay events
* Registrations close 5 minutes before starting time!
* Doors open 30 minutes before starting time.
* Discount 'packages' can only be acquired by paying the full fee of the package when registering for the first event you attend.

* Pre-Release-, Release- and GameDay events are subject to the Le&Le Games Event Policy
* All event participants have to comply with the Le&Le Games house rules. Pre-Release events are an exception to the entry fee membership rule.
