Noticed that when viewing my own post, the view count goes up... yes, I'm viewing it, but a bit misleading as to its popularity. I believe it should just be a forum configuration option, but not sure. Thought I'd mention something though. :)

You're right, it's a bit misleading. Our forum system does not have an option for that sadly, it just counts everything :)
