Hey all. I got in the mail today my two factory sealed sets of AVR. I have put the rares in my deckbox tradelist for now, but I would like to see if there is any interest in the sealed complete sets.

Yes, this includes all the big cards: Bonfire, Tamiyo, Cavern, Entreat, etc.

Are you looking for cards, cash, or other physical goods?

Cards or cash work. I don't know what "other physical goods" really means.

I have this nice old shovel. It's rusty, but it's trusty!

How much do you value one of those boxes at

It seems like the TCGplayer average (what this site uses) would put the rares and mythics at $216.

I would obviously do less in cash, but would want pretty close in trade.

Star City has complete sets going for $274.99

eBay has several completed listings at $149.00

You get them as trade-ins on MTGO?

Yep, I did.

And yes, I would go near the eBay average for cash - but are they factory sealed? I often see sets on eBay that are opened and possibly not Mint/Factory Sealed.

But yeah, I would say SCG is overpriced, considering TCGmid prices, which is what I was posting.

Yeah, they are sealed ones...

Hell, at 149, they are almost worth getting and re-trading out re-selling the singles with Bonfire at $50

Yeah, maybe. It's also $15 or so for shipping it seems, so more around $165.

Just curious, how much have you spent on MTGO in order to acquire a full set (ball park)?

I dunno, I win lots of drafts and just keep drafting to finish sets.

Edit: I've probably spent about $150 total since AVR came out and I have 3 sets done (the 3rd one not redeemed yet, but complete) in addition to having at least $30 or so in tix/product I can still play with.
