I intend to clean up some UI on mobile a bit (of the desktop site), today I deployed a change to the way the card links work when clicked via a "touch" event instead of using a mouse. On click they first show the tooltip, and to go to the page itself there is a link called "More Details" on the bottom. The behavior of the mouseover stays as it was.

A couple of more fixes:
* fixed obscure bug caused by old wrongly-imported mtg card that was not properly removed, causing some sets to not properly display
* fixed minor issue with "csv import"
* fixed csv export to show "$0.0" for missing prices instead of some unintended html span
* Field of the Dead is banned in historic

Wonderful addition, Sebi. I'm trying to get used to the mobile pages, but always find myself going back to the desktop version, so this is great!

Any way to implement moving decks around on a touch screen? Whether via a series of drop downs or otherwise? It's one thing I can't do at all on my phone, so I always have to wait until I get to my laptop or desktop for it.
