- added a filter on the printings page to be able to filter all the printings of a set of exact cards (not just by a keyword in the card name)
- added a few links on card pages with multiple printings: to a filtered listing of all the printings of the card, to a filtered listing of all the printings of the card in that specific edition.
- added a minimum and maximum price for a card across all of its printings in the price section, a link to all the printings sorted by price, and clicking on the min and max goes to the printing with those prices. (max includes foil prices as of right now)
