So I just got a pack of Italian M13 for Christmas (Buddy just came from Italy) and got a thragtusk. Any idea the price on italian cards, or where you can find out?

Probably about the same as an English one.

Most languages that aren't Asian or Cyrillic alphabets (with the exception of German) are worth the same, and occasionally a hair less since some people don't want to memorize a card they can't read.

It ultimately comes down to what people are willing to offer for it though. If you find someone who really likes foreign/italian cards, he'd probably give you a good offer for it.
