When did these start? When someone replied to a post, i get an email. Is there a way to disable this?

Whenever you reply to a topic it auto subscribes you. To unsub go into the top and at the top right just click unsub.

Additionally, if you don't want this to happen, if you go to your forum profile, and then to Settings, you can uncheck the setting to auto-subscribe you to threads that you post in.

Sorry for that, the default forum setting for auto subscribe has changed this week to "on". This means whenever you make a post the checkbox under it representing subscription is set to on.

If you do not want to subscribe by default when you create a new post please click on the top menu in the forum on Profile, then Settings, and set "Subscribe to topics by default when posting" to off, as NullParameter mentions above.

We'll mention this in announcements too, so people know where to turn it off. (We'll be importing Gatecrash soon, so we'll announce everything at the same time in a few hours time).
