I checked over at MagicLibrarities.net and there's no record of Inquest giving out a Force of Will (I assume you mean some oversized version like the 8th edition box toppers or other 6"x9" cards) as far as I can tell. Can you describe it in more detail or upload a pic of it?

I found references to fake cards that were actually stickers, hopefully that isn't what you have :)
