Would it be possible to have an iPhone/iPad and Android compatible app? I feel like having the option to view our inventory from an app would be amazing.

It's unofficialy in the works, guys ;-) The thing is I need to chat with sebi about some details.
If you have suggestions, write them below.
Cheers!
P.S. Sebi, if you're reading this, PM me or something.

Check this out (my actual inventory):
How about an app that is for the iPAD.

How far along is the "unofficial" app?
More to the point where do we offer our self to beta test :)

Thanks for your interest in the app :-)
To be honest it's a stable, working prototype at the moment. It has many workarounds since the proper Deckbox API is not available yet but it works.
The things that are missing:
- a proper UI + polish (mechanics first, visuals later),
- local storage and caching mechanisms,
- adding/removing cards from lists (I've a workaround in the works, but without the api it's really inefficient).
I've got some ideas to add to the app as the time goes, but since my philosophy is "release early, release often", I think I'll be sending the app to Apple for review at the end of the month, grabbing user feedback and updating from there.
I'll be starting a separate thread shortly to ask for feedback and to deliver news on the app, so stay tuned.
As for beta testing, 1.0 release will be a beta, so it'll be available for everyone to download off the App Store, try out and suggest changes.

When you say it's universal does that include Android, because I would pay for this app as well. If not, I guess I could get it on my iPod Touch.
Nope, sorry. I'm focused on iOS only. I might outsource the green robot version to my friends who deal with android devices but thats a big "might" at this time.
Please, outsource to your friends. As an Android user, I beg you!

Outsourcing to my freinds still requires me to invest money into the project, so since iDeckbox is a pro-bono project of mine, I don't see it happening real soon, sorry :-/
If someone builds a damn REST API for this site, I'll start developing one for Android, Open Source and what not.
I'm a professional web dev by day with Android experience so I'd only be able to work on it at night, but I'd love to get something going.

Yep, Android app is a really needful thing. Vote for that and even ready to pay reasonable price for such an app.

Nope, it doesn't. Just browsing inventory, wishlist and tradelist. I would add deck browsing and creation if there was a proper API, but... there isn't one.
I'm planning to update the app to iOS7 by the end of the year, though...
