Topic: Custom grouping in decks, Judge Promos, other fixes

Added a "Group by tag" to decks, if you add hashtags to a card note, they will be used for grouping the deck listing.
Added Food Chain and Rhystic Study judge promos.
Fixed an issue with not being marked premium straight away after subscribing sometimes.
