Pending trades icon

Would it be possible to get an icon added to the trade window showing that something is involved in a trade? It would help alot if people looking at lists could tell if there is something going on with a card prior to us adding it in just to hear its either traded or pending a trade...... Or at least we wouldn't base an entire deal off it then.
